We are an international community focused on creating a positive, supportive environment for learning and growth. Through the Toastmasters Pathways Educational Program, our members have the opportunity to develop valuable public speaking and leadership skills. Our members also get to build new connections through the Toastmasters global network, where they have the opportunity to travel to different local and international cities to participate in speech contests and leadership conferences.

What can you expect at our club meetings?

Our club’s vision is to support motivated individuals who are willing to go the extra mile, investing their Sunday mornings in self-development.

Our club meeting is both a training and social event that includes inspiring speeches, impromptu speaking exercises, and evaluations where speakers receive feedback for ongoing performance improvement. This is followed by a social networking session where we mingle and enjoy a relaxing Sunday lunch together.

Our club has drawn both international expats and local German residents because of our commitment to creating a safe environment for developing communication and leadership skills, as well as fostering new multicultural friendships!

When & where do we meet?

We meet twice a month at Kulturbüro Ackermannbogen e.V., Rosa-Aschenbrenner-Bogen 9, 80797 München. Our regular meeting times are every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, starting at 10 a.m. German time. These dates might change if there is a public holiday or if we are organizing special events. Please drop a note to guest@effective-communicators.com if you are interested in joining our meeting.
